Grocery Store
This is a given. We may have walked right by the refrigerated green juices in the past, but if this is your stop today, you’ll see you may have more options than you were expecting. Here’s a few guidelines when choosing a green juice at a store.
First, start with organic. You want your juice to have as many nutrients and as little pesticide reside as possible. Next, check the label for sugars. Ideally, you want as little sugar as possible (something under 20 grams). Many juices contain fruit that naturally will increase sweetness. But look for the ones with lemon in the ingredients list to cut the bite without all the sugars. My go to grocery store brand when I’m in a pinch is Suja brand.
Another option is to blend up powdered greens like doTERRA’s Greens from its’ nutrition line. It’s a powerhouse of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. I like to add a squeeze of fresh lemon to it as well.
If you are looking to make your own green juice here is my favorite, easy recipe that’s delicious and refreshing.
Hydrating Celery Juice recipe:
1 bunch of organic celery
1 to 2 small granny smith apples (organic)

Pour over ice and enjoy!
