Cold Shower Health Benefits: Day Nine Challenge
Have you ever heard the health hack of taking a cold shower?
I was introduced to this concept in a podcast episode with Dave Asprey, where he shared why we might want to finish our shower with a minute blast of cold water. Totally intrigued, not only did I try it out myself, but I dug deeper to learn more about the how and why.

Today’s challenge is one you’ll surely never forget. You’re going to blast yourself with cold water at the end of your usual shower. If you can withstand one minute, you’re a rockstar. Try to stay in the cold water as long as you can, making the one minute mark your goal.
The goal today is that you feel more energized after your shower. Your whole body will be receiving all kinds of benefits as well. So don’t overthink when you turn the knob to cold. Just know, your body can withstand so much, it’s your mind you need to master.
