Healthy High Protein Peanut Butter Fruit Dip
Simple and delicious dip for when you are looking for a slightly sweet, satisfying snack that also helps you reach your protein goals.
Ingredients:
1 (5.3 oz) container of vanilla greek yogurt (Siggis is my preferred brand)'
4 Tbsp PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Method:
Add ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well combined. Pair it with cut up apples for a flavorful, low calorie/high protein snack!
